Programme Outcomes

Students who graduate from Beykent University’s Department of History are entitled to have a B.A. Diploma in History and Diploma Supplement.

What is a Diploma Supplement?

  • Diploma Supplement is a supplementary and explanatory document given along with a diploma by Higher Education Institutions.
  • It helps the diploma be understood in other countries.
  • It provides all the necessary information for a proper evaluation of the acquired degree.
  • After the graduation process is completed, it is given free of charge in one of the European languages along with the diploma.

Diploma Supplement is comprised of eight parts:

  1. ID of the person who is entitled to have a Diploma Supplement,
  2. Acquired skill which explains the reason for having a Diploma Supplement,
  3. The level of acquired skill which leads to the acquisition of a Diploma Supplement,
  4. Content and outcomes of the acquired skill which leads to the acquisition of a Diploma Supplement,
  5. The function of the acquired skill which leads to the acquisition of a Diploma Supplement,
  6. Additional information,
  7. Authenticated copy of the Diploma Supplement,
  8. Information about national higher education system.
